You will live in a magnificent and protected place, at the edge of the woods, with many paths favourable to go for a jog, a walk or a bicycle ride.
Exceptionally situated, 2½ hours away from Paris, 30 min from Angers, 3 min from Durtal located on the A11 motorway and with all the shopping facilities. Chambiers is also close to the other castles of the Loire valley and the Loir River. Many cultural and sporting activities are available, but you can just relax if you want to.

• The Orangerie is a 140 m² comfortable and warm house located in the grounds of the Castle. It faces South and a 1 000 m² private garden in the property. You can enjoy a large and luminous lounge with a superb stone chimney and comfortable sofas, three large bedrooms and a lovely child’s bedroom. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped and the household linen is provided. You can also enjoy gas central heating.

The advantages: peace and quiet, fantastic charm, refined decoration, delightful garden, comfortable set of garden furniture in which you can take time to live in the shadow of the fabulous 400 year-old oak. All this makes the “Orangerie” a luxury you can easily afford.

• The "Maison du Jardinier" (The Gardener’s house) is located in the castle’s outbuildings. It is a lovely 115 m² cottage with ochre walls. It faces South with a lounge, a chimney and comfortable sofas, a kitchen-diner, a dining room, three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is with all mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher, micro wave oven, iron, set of garden furniture, etc.).

The advantages: quietness and peacefulness, a great charm, a fresh cheerful original and delicate decoration. The private garden in the shadow of the tower allows you to rest with complete peace of mind. All this makes the “Maison du Jardinier” a haven of peace.
